Department of Social Welfare and Development(DSWD)

Hi, good afternoon, this pertains to my Solo Parent ID application which I submitted with CSWD Isabela City, Basilan last August 5, 2022, however said ID still unavailable as of this moment. Now, I am wondering if my application is disqualified or not, and how long does a solo parent ID application takes for approval.

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

It is the City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development of concern Local Government that may have the data you require.  Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the City Social Welfare and Development of Isabela City, Basilan.  

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
