Greetings! PhilStar, among other news sites, have reported that the SolGen had issued a 233-page comment to the SC on the 8 petitions that were filed before the Supreme Court. I would like to request for a full copy of this comment to be better informed about the government's stand on the matter. Further, this would also serve to bolster my research on the merits and demerits of this terror bill as applied to the Philippine context and juxtaposed with the standards of international law and norms on security and terrorism. Here is my email: [email protected] Thank you!
