I refer to my letter of Aug 30, 2021 09:40:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Soil report with borehole data in Mabini, Batangas.
Please be informed that upon verification with the DPWH Regional Office IV-A, we only have borehole data in Barangay Sta. Ana, Mabini, Batangas. If you wish to continue with this request, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected]. ph cc: [email protected]. ph) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.

Dear Roi Delmar,
I refer to my letter of Sep 02, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Soil report with borehole data in Mabini, Batangas. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 25, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
