Hi! I am a 4th year civil engineering student from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and I would like to request a soil report around Metro Manila that will be used for our thesis in CE Design 1 (Capstone 1).

Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
