Pursuant to EO No. 197 dated January 2000, the following additional fees and charges for the various technical materials is generated by the MGB:
Geohazard Map (in jpg format only) 500 per cd.
If you like, you can download from the MGB website the Geohazard map of the entire Philippines for free. It is available and downloadable on our website.

Your requested map is already available and ready for pick-up in MGB-X Office.
As per telephone conversation last May 18, 2023, you were already been informed about the additional fees and charges for the various technical materials generated by the MGB Pursuant to EO No. 197 dated January 2000.
There is a fee of P500.00 per Geohazard Map.
During the period of us awaiting for your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 22, 2023 08:38:08 AM, your request will be closed.

I refer to my letter of May 30, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Soil Map, Geohazard Map, Flood Map, Topographic Map of Malaybalay, Bukidnon. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Aug 22, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
