Your requested map is already available and ready for pick-up in MGB-X Office. As per telephone conversation last May 18, 2023, you were already been informed about the additional fees and charges for the various technical materials generated by the MGB Pursuant to EO No. 197 dated January 2000. There is a fee of P500.00 per Geohazard Map. During the period of us awaiting for your reply, your request will be put on hold. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Aug 22, 2023. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
