To whom it may concern, I am Von Angelo Batingan, V-BS Geodetic Engineering student of University of the Philippines Diliman. My team currently works on proposing a development entitled Philippine High School for Sports in line with Senate Bill No. 330 by Senator Sonny Angara. Our target area would be New Clark City, Tarlac. I would like to request your good office for the data of soil & hydrology/ground water availability map of Island of Luzon, preferably on shapefile format.
