You requested for information on the following: (1) Ratio of qualified social workers per 100,000 of the general population; (2) Ratio of specialized judges specialized to work on addressing children issues (per 100,000 population aged 0–17); (3) Total social Protection expenditure as percentage of GDP; and (4) Expenditure on social benefits under Family/Children function as % of total social protection expenditure

The DSWD only has information on numbers (1) and (4), but not numbers (2) and (3)
Thus, we shall partially grant your request and we shall refer your request with respect to this matter to the proper DSWD office.
Under Presidential Decree No. 828, the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) is responsible for the supervision and administration of the lower courts throughout the Philippine and all their personnel. The OCA may have the data you need for number (2). You may contact the OCA by telephone at +632 5369097.
Under Executive Order No. 25, series of 1936, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) is mandated to promote the sound, efficient and effective management and utilization of government resources. The DBM may have the data you need for number (3). Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the DBM by submitting a request to the DBM via this portal.
