Dear Ms. Ayoma:
Among the information you requested is “2) Validated list will submitted to the DSWD for final assessment of Valencia City Bukidnon year 2017.”
Unfortunately, we do not understand exactly what you mean by this. Are you asking for the list of beneficiaries of the Social Pension Program for Valencia City, Bukidnon for the year 2017? Or are you asking for something else?
We shall wait for your clarification on this matter.

To clarify, I am asking for the list of the beneficiaries submitted to the DSWD for final assessment of Valencia City Bukidnon year 2017.

Dear Ms. Ayoma
You requested for records/legal documents entailing information on the following “(1) Total Budget Allocation for the Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens for Valencia City, Bukidnon year 2017-2018, (2) List of the beneficiaries submitted to the DSWD for final assessment of Valencia City Bukidnon year 2017 and (3) Criteria for Eligibility of Indigent Senior Citizen in receiving social pension.”
The DSWD can provide only items (1) and (3) of your eFOI request.
Unfortunately, item (2) is covered under the list of exceptions under Annex B per Memorandum of the Executive Secretary dated 24 November 2016, which provides:
