AKO po isa sa mga apektado ng covid19 pandemic. Wala po ako trabaho ngayon, ako po ay isang electrician na ang ginagawan ng aking pinapasukan ay sa DOST PNRI na nag stop work dahil sa lock down.
At isa rin po akong indigent ng barangay pasong tamo quezon city.

Your request

You requested information on the following: (1) Whether you are qualified for the Social Assistance Amelioration in the amount of PhP 5,000 – PhP 8,000 for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic considering that you are an electrician and the company you worked for has stopped work.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, you may contact the DSWD Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS) through its 24/7 hotline at telephone 89512803 local 8892 to inquire about your concerns about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D. BAUTISTA at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City.
