Your request You requested information on the following: (1) Inquiry if you are on the list of the SAP program; and (2) Inquiry if Makati City is still included on the 2nd Tranche of SAP. Response to your request For number (1), a partial list is available at https://sap.dswd.gov.ph. You can view the SAP beneficiary list of municipalities/cities who have submitted their list to the DSWD Field Offices, including Makati City. For number (2), yes, Makati City which is in NCR is still included on the 2nd Tranche of SAP. According to PNP-DILG-DBM-DOLE-DSWD-DA-DTI-DOF-DND-AFP Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2, series of 2020 available at https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/downloads/2020/06jun/20200609-JOINT-MEMORANDUM-CIRCULAR-NO-2-S-2020.pdf, the SAP for the 2nd tranche will be provided to the family-beneficiaries of the first tranche that are still under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) such as: a. Per Executive Order No. 112, series of 2020: (i) National Capital Region; (ii) Region III, except Aurora; (iii) Region IV-A; (iv) Benguet; (v) Pangasinan; (vi) Iloilo; (vii) Cebu Province; (viii) Bacolod and (ix) Davao City; and b. Per Memorandum from the Office of the Executive Secretary dated 02 May 2020: (i) Albay; and (ii) Zamboanga City. In addition, 5 million waitlisted family-beneficiaries shall also be provided with emergency subsidy, subject to the limitations under the Memorandum from the Office of the Executive Secretary dated 22 May 2020 cited above, as appreciated by the IATF-EID, to wit: a. Only the 3.5 million additional beneficiaries who are under ECQ – as applied in this JMC – will be given two (2) counts of emergency subsidy. b. The remaining additional beneficiaries will be given only one (1) count of emergency subsidy.
