Good afernoon , Ako po si Lydia Wendica Faldas, senior citizen, may SAC form no.87141, nakatira sa Blk. 1 Lot 3 Sto.Nino Extn. Brgy. Holy Spirit, Q.C. NCR 2nd District of Q.C. kasi po ang contact number na nailagay ko sa SAC form ay naexpire ang Sim card no. Kaya po nagpalit po ako ng SIM Card kaya eto na po ang bago kong no. 09152673041 yan din po ang nakaregister sa GCash po na ni register ko nung nakaraang linggo.

Sana po mapalitan agad kasi po lahat ng mga kasabay ko dito sa aming lugar ay natanggap.na.po.nila.ang kanilang 2nd tranch yung  sa akin na.lang po ang wala
 Maraming salamat po.

Your right to request a review
