maka tanggap pa po ba ako ulit? naka rehistro napo ako sa reliefagad, mga ilang araw ko po hihintayin? makakatanggap po ba talaga ako ulit? kilangan ko po talaga ng pera, pangkain ko padala ko pa sa anak ko, mahigit apat na buwan na akong na stranded dito sa cebu city. san po mabigyan niyo ako ng guidelines para sa anong dapat kong gagawin.

You requested the following: (1) Status of your online registration for ReliefAgad App of DSWD; and (2) Schedule of the release of the second wave of SAP in Cebu City.
 
Response to your request

For number (1), per the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of ReliefAgad.ph numbers 18 and 19 available at https://reliefagad.ph/faq, the LGU and DSWD will process your application and, once approved, they will notify you if you are qualified.

For number (2), we have no data on the scheduled pay-out. However, you may also contact the DSWD Social Amelioration Program Hotline Numbers at telephone  number 16545 or by cellular phones through calling 09474822864 (Smart), 09162471194 (Globe) or 09329333251 (Sun) or texting 09189122813 or by e-mail at [email protected] to inquire about your concerns and/or report irregularities about the Social Amelioration Program brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
Your right to request a review
