Good day ma'am/sir, I want to follow up on my request for a Special Order Number for the TOR, as it will be needed as a requirement for the OIC-NV Theoretical Examination in MARINA.I contacted my school about this matter. Unfortunately, I was informed that CHED hasn't released my S.O. number yet. I graduated from West Bay College in Alabang with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation.
