Hi I would like to seek assistance, I accidentally cash-in my 9k pesos thru Smart load / Smart account, instead of G-Cash. Am I allowed or request help and assistance from your end to confirm if I can request reversal / refund of the 9k worth of un-used load on my smart giga account. The money is supposed to be payment for bills and medical maintenance. Hoping your response on this matter. My number is 0929 366 2425.
