Response to your request: While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have any information regarding your request. However, you may contact the local authority wherein your cellphone was lost. Likewise, if your cellphone was lost within The Subic Bay Freeport Zone(SBFZ). You may personally report your lost item to the Desk Sergeant On-duty at SBMA Law enforcement Department located at Building 657 Burgos St. SBFZ. Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Jaime H. Menor Jr. at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
