It has been a week since I applied for Converge's FiberX Plan 1500 which has a newly established and available NAP Box right outside my installation address. A few days ago, I paid the Initial Payment of PhP 1,500.00 to cover the Installation Fee/Security Deposit for my application. I also received a text message the following day from CONVERGE that they have received payment. Up to this day, there has been no update whatsoever regarding my application. I tried to contact them via phone and email several times but my concern is not being attended to.
