I would like to confirm if the information posted on ppp.gov.ph is correct or not. https://ppp.gov.ph/ppp_projects/mrt-line-7/ The original plan was to construct the Intermodal Terminal in SJDM, but the information posted on the above article states that the Intermodal Terminal will be located in Tala. Which one is true?

January 24, 2020 Dear Aaron James, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated January 24, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for the SJDM Intermodal Terminal. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. The DOTr and SMRT7 identified the new depot site along Quirino Highway in Barangay Lagro, Quezon City, which was found optimal for right-of-way implementability, asset constructibility, capital expenditure and operational expense efficiency, and operational reliability and maintainability. Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade approved the depot site during his inspection on 29 June 2019 of the information you requested.
