Your Request You asked for Site Development Plan of Laguindingan Airport. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. We enclose a copy of some of the information you requested to your provided email address on 13 March 2023. In addition, we have difficulty in addressing your request because your given address is in Cagayan de Oro and we don't have soft copies of the feasibility study/master plans you are requesting. Our usual practice based on our policy is to only allow researchers to photocopy parts of the master plan that are relevant to their requirements but not the entire Study. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Jaime J. Bautista at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
