I would like to ask for an updated National Power Corporation's (NPC) Mindanao Grid Single Line Diagram. As much as possible, the diagram should contain the following:
1. Generator Capacities in kW/MW/kVA or MVA
2. Transformer Ratings in kVA/MVA and winding voltages in kV
3. Transmission Lines showing the voltage (138/69/13.8 kV), conductor length and conductor size
4. Mindanao Grid Loads in kW/MW
My objective is to create a power system protection model for this network and use it to my research. I already ask ERC for this one but they said that you are in better position to provide the info

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. While the Energy Regulatory Commission has already provided the information/data on your request for Item 1, it would be helpful to know if you are requesting for the Mindanao Grid Single Line Diagram under the main grid or off-grid. Please be informed that the Small Power Utilities Group of National Power Corporation is mandated to provide missionary electrification in off-grid areas of Mindanao and this is where we can provide the information/data under Item 3 and 4 of your request. However, if you are requesting for the information/data for the main grid in Mindanao, you may forward your request to the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines. Hi,
I am supposed to look for the main grid, but as you said, you can only provide Mindanao's off-grid single line diagram. In that case, I'm okay with that off-grid single line diagram. I will still try to contact NGCP, but as of now, I need something that is available. I will try to present it to my research adviser if this is permissible.
Anyways, I want to thank you for your effort in entertaining my request. I am amazed by the fact that you respond quickly. Again, thank you, and have a nice day.
