Hi! I would to request to mandate telecommunication companies to have an alternate way of registering sim card for special cases like as I personally experienced. My two sim card under smart communications was used on a gps tracking devices installed in my grab vehicles since 2019. The problem I am currently encounter during registration of the said sim card is that I cannot view or read the OTP sent since it is inserted in a gps tracking devices. I hope telco will make an initiative to register this type of sim manually so that inconvenience may be address. Thank you.
