Hello I would like to obtain several items relating to the SICT surveys: 1) breakdown of the responses by company size for 2013, 2015 & 2017 2) results tables for Non-Core Sectors for 2017 (even in draft form) 3) the 2013 report document (available for 2010 and 2015) 4) Normalization of results to account for sample sizes. For example, the Finance sector (K), saw an increase from 600 respondents in 2010 to over 1,400 respondents in 2015. However, this led to a decrease in penetration of ICT technology. That it why the responses by company size are needed. Thank you very much James Carter

June 10, 2020 Dear James Carter, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 06, 2020 05:18:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for SICT Survey 2013, 2015, 2017. Your FOI request is approved. Please be informed that our results of SICT can be found on the following links: a) https://psa.gov.ph/surveys/sict b) https://psa.gov.ph/content/survey-information-and-communication-technology-sict c) https://psa.gov.ph/tags/sict We do not have public use files on establishment-based surveys. Instead, we allow researchers to run their own datasets by providing them access to our data enclave facility. For you to request, please send us a request letter addressed to our Usec. Claire Dennis S. Maps, indicate your purpose in using the data and affix the signature of your Agency Head. The letter should be sent to our ONS via email address [email protected], cc our concerned division that handles the data- [email protected] and [email protected]. Once the letter was approved, there will be an agreement between you and the PSA. You can only access the data sets within the premises of the PSA and only the results of your statistical runs will be provided to you and not the datasets. This and other conditions are stipulated in the Memorandum of Agreement (Data Enclave Access Agreement) which will be provided to you later.
