The SEC issued a Show Cause Order against FamilyHan Credit Corporation, on or around 17 February 2021. I would like to obtain either a copy of this Show Cause Order or a summary of what matters (alleged offenses, complaint information, or show cause matters) are discussed in the letter. Put simply, I would like to obtain information on why the SEC has issued this order against FamilyHan Credit Corporation. The public, victims, and interested third parties may wish to submit a response to the SEC relating to the matters of concern, it is in the public interest that details are published.
