Hi Good day @[email protected] / FOI.gov.ph I Would like to request your kind assistance to please look at what Shoppee Philippines did to my reported case. Summary : I received the wrong Item in December last year 2022 ( I ordered December 12, 2022 ) and received it on Dec 28 at 10 pm I open the package after my shift at midnight I was shocked the item is not the phone that I was expected to receive it was C2 ( Drinking ) that day I reported the issue on. I Requested to shopee please pick up and return the Item but unfortunately, a few weeks have passed no one gets to pick up my parcel
I Would like to request your kind assistance to please look at what Shoppee Philippines did to my reported case. I Requested to shopee please pick up and return the Item but unfortunately, a few weeks have passed no one gets to pick up my parcel to return many times I update and follow up case because this request will be billed to me on Jan 15 so to keep it simple I always follow up thru calls and chat to CS(Customer server) same issue on one pick up my parcel (wrong Item).then on January 7 I get the email says that I have to refilled and change the flash express courier change to self arrangement pick up ( Meaning I have to drop this parcel to nearest courier services like j&t or shopee warehouse ) so I received an email to this I refilled my request to select J & T but unfortunately I can't see the option that shopee told me to select, I checked the filling how to do it but I just see the Mluillier option which is self arrangement meaning I have to drop this top Mluillier since I can't see that j&T options I try to fill to the best of my knowledge. I check the status and after filling I want to see if the J&T option will view or selected after filling but unfortunately, the process of Shoppe makes me confuse and I canceled it because I just want to refill maybe I made a mistake in choosing another option but suddenly the return/refund option is grey out and no longer to click or select I request to shopee that day to create another case for this because the system is confusing. I talked to CS today morning my case is in escalated na daw. As per checking my email today will send you the evidence and screenshot what happened to me as a reference, Please help me on this because they will be billing me this Jan 15 without investigating my issue and my request to allow me to refill again (due to circumstances that I was confused on their filling system I couldn't see those option that they told to email). They sent an email na hnd na dw nila magagawang I allow dahil sa maling filling ks nasend na dw yung payment sa seller ( to bit more clear I payed this using shopee credit like a credit card and total of 16,478 thousand so monthly nakabilled ito ng nsa more than 5k Zero interest for 3 months ) Due to some reasons why Shoppe allow this to happen what if walang alm yung buyer and naloko like what happened to me. Today I try to follow to them pero I think hindi na worth It ks nagtry ako eexplain but they never gets me that I received the wrong Item and I have to settle the payment ang labas na scam ako just to make it clear Seller also confirmed that they sent me the right product, I placed this order to SHOPEE MALL kaya legit sya.
