I would like to request the following shapefiles for my research: NIPAS, E NIPAS, Protected Area, Key Biodiversity Area, and Conservation area in the Philippines. My research aims to highlights this places and show the importance of biodiversity in the country. Furthermore I would like to request to include the following attributes for each shapefiles such as name, proclamation, dates of proclamation, and important species/landscape

Dear Ervic Angeles,
With reference to your request for shapefiles of NIPAS Protected Areas, Key Biodiversity Area, and Conservation areas in the Philippines, may we refer you to https://www.geoportal.gov.ph/ Just look for BMB under Agency in the search menu and you will find Critical Habitats, Inland Wetlands, KBAs, and NIPAS under the layers. NIPAS has the attributes you are looking for except for KBAs and wetlands which are not covered by any proclamation. For downloading, just look for the procedure on "How to Download Data from Geoportal Philippines" under the Resources menu.
