TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN: Greetings of peace! Maam/ Sir, I am Engr. Naven F. Bato, geodetic engineer of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples XI. We are currently on the process of formulating the ADSDPP of the Ancestral Domain of the Blaan and Tagakaulo Ancestral Domain of the 10 Brgys. of the Mountainside of the Municipality of Malita, in Davao Occidental. The Ancestral Domain Sustainable and Development Protection Plan, aims to frame a guide for our indigenous peoples on how to develop, protect and promote their ancestral domain. Their safety would be one of the considerations.
