Good day!

I would like to request information regarding code or regulations for sewage treatment in the province of Bulacan specifically for recreational/ resort typology.
I would also like to know if there are non-electric sewage treatment plants available in the Philippines. If this is not available locally, are there solar-powered sewage treatment plants available especially for mass production or for commercial use? Thank you.
