Hello! I would like to ask regarding the following for my undergraduate thesis: 1) The city with the lowest ratio of the number of 911 dispatchers to the callers/requestors (for medical emergency) in Metro Manila and Eastern Visayas. 2) Average number of calls received on a daily, monthly, and annual basis in both of these cities (the breakdown of all types of calls (e.g. medical emergency, fire report, police assistance)); and 3) The city in Eastern Visayas and Metro Manila with the least call response efficiency rating (referring to emergency calls answered out of total number of calls).
