Good morning.
I am Crispina Palopalo the 7th daughter of my father Rafael Palopalo (who passed away Mar 19, 1987) and Mrs. Corazon T. Palopalo the 2nd wife with 12 children. The first wife died ahead of my father. All of us 12 children has a birth certificates that shows our father’s and mother’s name as noted above. We would like our mother be the recipient of the benefits.
