Hi! I would like to request for the status of Service Order for the Graduates of Lipa City Colleges (LCC), graduated on October 8, 2022 for academic year 2021-2022. As per LCC Registrar, the documents are already with CHED, and just waiting for the release of SO. Please be informed that the LCC cannot issue a Certificate of Graduation until the receipt of SO. The Certificate of Graduation is required for promotion.
It is with pain that I missed a lot of opportunities just by not having the said SO.

I refer to my letter of Mar 09, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Service Order (SO) for the Graduates of Lipa City Colleges, Inc. / Batangas on October 8 2022. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 01, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
