Your Request You asked for SERIAL NUMBER. Response to Request The Serial Number is required in creating an LTMS Account. Unfortunately some of our clients still don't have a Driver's License Card. So, in Creating your LTMS Account, you will see the first question will be: " Do you have a Philippine Driver’s or Conductor’s License?" Yes No Kindly select "NO" and then proceed to complete the Client Information. Galvante at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
