Ako po si Ritchie, isa sa registered homeowner ng SAMAHAN NG MARALITANG TAGA ESTIMADA INTERIOR KALOOKAN HOAI sa Dagat-Dagatan Caloocan City with HOA Reg.: 03-0007.
Nakapag-bayad na po ako lahat noong 2012, pero hanggang ngayon wala pong titulo ang aking bahay at lupa na nabili. At ayon po sa aming Sec. na dapat hintayin ang ibang myembro na makapag-bayad bago magkaroon ng titulo.
Nais ko po sana malaman if posible na mabigyan na ng titulo at paano ang proseso nito.
