Greetings NTC, We are expecting Mobile phone need to return in the Philippines . It is Sent by DHL from South Korea to Makati, Philippines . Local DHL accepted the items and told him he needs to get a NTC permit. Please assist on how to get the NTC permit. Kind regards, Richelle
