Good morning. I would to request an information regarding Senate Bill No.1305 " Expanded Maternity Leave of 2017". Could mothers like me who was currently taking my maternity leave could still avail to the said privilege of 120days? I gave birth to a baby boy last May 25, 2018, Ceasarian procedure. I already consume the 54 days privilege maternity leave. Could I still extend my maternity leave and avail to the said privilege of this law? I'm currently working at an government hospital, Northern Mindanao Medical Center. Hoping for your response.
