Is the NPC aware of any personal data transfer agreements between the Bureau of Immigration and the DOLE? Alien Employment Permits is the responsibility of the DOLE. These application forms for AEP permits, contain sensitive personal information which the BI also gathers, collects and stores in their database. If the DOLE needs to verify submitted data in an application, can the BI allow them access to their stored information since a signed AEP application form is also a signed consent? Note the said access could be in an indirect manner, written in paper is 1 example.
