I am Almira Grace Lapitan, a graduating Economics student from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. I am writing this letter to ask if I could obtain the datasets regarding the Total Number of Secondary School Enrollees by Province from 2003 to 2021. It is my thesis semester, and my topic would require such supplemental data, so I was hoping to get datasets regarding it. For specifics, we will be using this information in determining the human capital flow of each province since our thesis aims to understand whether a province's number of secondary school enrollees attracts foreign direct investments.
