March 11, 2020 Dear Yusoph, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated March 7, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. In connection with your request, please be informed that as verified from the SEC database, Sultan Anwaruddin Bangon Descendants Association is registered with SEC Registration No. CN202066267. Kindly note that we do not issue digital copy of documents, but we can only provide hard copy. You can get plain or authenticated copies of their Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws thru the following options; 1. Online Document Retrieval System- an online facility that is available for internal users only. The public can go directly to SEC Head Office to print plain copies of documents submitted to SEC. Kindly note that we do charge (Php10.00 per page + Php50.00 basic charge per company) as stated in the SEC MC No. 3 series of 2017.
