Last 15 August 2018, we filed a letter with the office of Director Ferdinand Sales in connection with SEC Case No. 08-13-411. We requested on behalf of our client H-D USA LLC that the Commission implement the Writ of Execution dated 03 May 2016 issued by the Office of the General Counsel by deleting the words "HARLEY DAVIDSON" from the corporate name of Harley Davidson Motorcycle Traders Inc. 

It has been more than 5 months since we filed the letter and more than 2.5 years since the Writ of Execution was issued. May we inquire as to the action the Commission will be taking on the matter.
