Your Request You asked for SEC 17-A of Publicly Listed Companies from 2016 to 2022. Response to Request With regards to your query, kindly be informed that you may request copy of SEC 17-A per company through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC. The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://sec-express.ph. SEC Express System covers the following options: a. Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide. b. Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures.
