October 24, 2021 Dear Mr. Don Bryan De Guzman, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 19, 2021 08:03:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on October 19, 2021 and in on que for a DOLE AKAP evaluator from OWWA Region 1. Once your submitted documents have been reviewed, you will receive a text message of the status of your application. Mr. De Guzman may we clarify to you the Freedom of Information (FOI) Portal which is a project of the Presidential Communications Operations Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to allow any Filipino citizen to request information about the data, programs, services and benefits or anything about the transactions and operation of specific government offices, provided, it shall not put into jeopardy the privacy of individuals and matters of national security. What you are requesting is a personal information on your DOLE-AKAP application which is not an information allowed to be shared to the public. Hence, we suggest you address your request to the DOLE Regional or Provincial Director for the status of your benefits.
