Good day, I would like to request for an appointment for passport renewal DFA Megamall the soonest available. I worked on a cruise ship and was sent home due to pandemic. Our family got really affected. I don't have any stable job right now. Since cruising industry is now going back slowly, I would like to renew my passport however looking on the appointment schedule everything is reserved. No dates are available and even the courtesy lane is not given priority. I appreciate if you can provide consideration as I need to have a valid passport in order to have my application to be process.
The pandemic has been with us for a year. There should have been a better implementation iof the procedure looking a head to cause more burden to every Filipinos. Time is a big factor for us who work overseas... Not only us... it is for everyone. "For overseas foreign workers currently in the Philippines OFWs no longer need to schedule an appointment online through the DFA website. Instead, you can just go to the DFA NCR Central in Robinsons Galleria and go to the OFW Passport Renewal Center, a dedicated passport application center for OFWs. They process documents from 8am to 12NN. You may also avail of the OFW Lane or Priority Lane at DFA Aseana or at any DFA Satellite Office or Regional Consular Office."
*** NOT TO CAUSE BURDEN TO EVERY FILIPINOS.... If you check the appointment schedule of DFA, you have to wait 2-3 months?
