Good day! I would like to request for the following information: 1. How was the Caloocan City Scrap Special Education Fund (SEF) spent during the year 2015 up to the present 2019? 2. How does RA 5447 or the "Act Creating a Special Education Fund to be Constituted from the Proceeds of an Additional Real Property Tax and a Certain Portion of the Taxes on Virginia-type Cigarettes and Duties on Imported Leaf Tobacco Defining the Activities to be Financed, Creating School Boards for the Purpose and Appropriating Funds Therefrom" applied at Caloocan City? Regarding your first query on the Utilization of Caloocan City of its Special Education Fund, please be informed that a summary of expenditures has been posted on the LGU's Transparency Portal/Webpage: http://www.caloocancity.gov.ph/services/transparency/8-transparency/435-full-disclosure-policy HOWEVER, the page consists only of reports from 2017 to 2018. If you wish to know more, you may directly coordinate with the City Government office at: http://caloocancity.gov.ph/departments-offices1/contact-details Another site you may try to visit is this Department's Full Disclosure Policy Portal. But as of today is in the middle of a site upgrading make the site temporarily unavailable as of the writing of this reply.
