Greetings of Peace! As a student I would like to fact check my report to my academic discussion the following: 1.) Is the completion of Philippine Constabulary training weighted as a college degree graduate? 2.) Did Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. finish his Scout Ranger training and graduate as a Lieutenant in the Philippine Constabulary in the class 74-85?If so, what year did he enter and what year did he finish?
