We need a pertinent data of Schools in all the barangays of the municipality of M'lang in the Province of Cotabato. These data are Enrolment SY2019-2020 per barangay. Schools personnel per barangay. No. of Classroom per Barangay with status. Other facilities (e.g. H.E., Shop, etc) per barangay.
These will be used for the update of our CLUP.

Greetings of Peace and Goodwill!
This is relative to my request with ticket number #DepEd-618964695281. The Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator is the office of the Municipal Government tasked to do the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Per RA 7160, Section 20, paragraph c), mandate, every LGU is mandated to formulate or update the existing plan as necessary as possible. We opt to request directly from your office because data from the Provincial Division Office is not readily available. The final output of this plan is will be the basic and fundamental plan of the municipality in terms of land uses. Thus, this includes the schools land use requirement in the future (9-years and onward).
Relative to this, we need the following data if possible:
a. ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
1. Enrolment per barangay for the last five years SY 2016-2020
2. No. of Classrooms per barangay SY 2018-2019 and SY 2019-2020
3. No. of School Teachers and Personnel per barangay SY 2018-2019 and SY 2019-2020
b. HIGH SCHOOLS
1. Enrolment per High School for the last five years SY 2016-2020
2. No. of Classrooms per High School SY 2018-2019 and SY 2019-2020
3. No. of School Teachers and Personnel per High School SY 2018-2019 and SY 2019-2020
Abstract for this plan preparation is not available instead mandate per RA 7160, Section 20, paragraph c) is our basis for the execution in the formulation and update of our Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
