I am writing to make a formal request for the school data of all private and public schools in Cebu Province which are from the 2 highly urbanized cities such as Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City, from 1 chartered City which is Mandaue City, from 6 component cities namely Talisay, Naga, Carcar, Toledo, Bogo, and Danao, and from 44 municipalities. The school data contains its school name, address, learners' population, contact information, and names of school heads or administrators. This information will be used for the organization's data gathering in making the factbook. We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to alleviate human suffering and protect the lives of vulnerable groups by empowering our community and youth by implementing the Philippine Red Cross program through service delivery. Cebu province is one of the areas we want to focus on as our Area of responsibility, and thus, this information will be helpful in providing an accurate and comprehensive representation of the school area. We would like to request the following information: 1. A list of all private and public schools in Cebu Province, including school names and addresses. 2. The number of students enrolled in each school and grade for the current academic year, as well as previous years if available. 3. The contact information of each school, including phone number, email address, and other relevant details. 4.
