Hi! I would like to request a copy of the paper where Dr. Gregorio Y. Zara described the law of Kinetic Electrical Resistance also known as the Zara Effect. Everywhere I look in the internet I am unable to find anything that shows his research methodology and results. All I see are the same copy-pasted articles that mentions it only in passing without any actual discussion of the Physics principle he discovered and how it works or any of it's applications. If you can provide me original paper in pdf format I would appreciate it very much. Thank you very much! Regards, MJ Bantayan
Dear Sir: This is to acknowledge receipt of your request. We are checking the publications in our library and will get back to you soonest. Thank you. Sincerely, Franz O. Gavica NAST Secretariat

Hi! I understand that you do not have a copy of Dr. Zara's publications, however since he was inducted into the Academy of Science and Technology I would assume that due diligence was done in order to assess and record his contribution to the field. If you can be so kind as to point me into the right direction and tell me the name of the publisher/journal/institution that published his research on his so called "kinetic electrical resistance" discovery. And if that is still impossible, can you point me to where I can read more about this discovery, since you mentioned this in your website article about Dr. Zara then I would assume that you have this information. Thanks in advance. Regards, Mark Joseph Bantayan
