Hi! I would like to know further information regarding the following: 1. I would like to apply for apostille documents of a minor child, will this be considered as a special lane? If so, how can I go through about this? 2. It seems that no matter where and what time you make a schedule, it will always seem as unavailable. The contact numbers stated on the site is not working.
