Good evening NTC team, I'm a Filipino investigative researcher working for a private investigation agency based in New York. Our client has been scammed by a user with a Philippine SIM (+63). Would you be able to help us find the identity of this user? The agency owner (and my direct supervisor) is a former Law Enforcement Officer, so we are happy to comply with any requirements you need from us in order to proceed with this request. Kind regards, Alex S.
