I got scammed by Karen Veloso Ohiwa. She was selling concert tickets. Her gcash number is 09311444532, but the name is Herbert Owen Lim. I sent her 5k. She blocked me so I called her number. She said that she didn't know a Karen Veloso Ohiwa, but Herbert Owen Lim is their gcash. They confirmed that it was their gcash but they won't give back the money. I need her to be investigated by the NBI, and get her arrested. Please do something about this.
