I would like to request to investigate this online company that trying to scam us na meron daw akong utang sa kanila. These company are different. THEY are contacting my contact list ang use my info,like my address,my number ,my photo, my ID,my bank details, they are threatining us to post or to destroy our reputation. We collected information and These are the companies contacted to my contact list.. (yopeso,cashcash,goldencash,fatcash,Firstcash,finup,Upeso,yopeso,zada cash,lhl,pesohere,pesokuwento,catcash,) last week and today. And Fyi I dont know about these companies and I just found out

Your Request You asked for Scammed and Kumalat ang contact list ko at information,and my photo. Response to Request Your FOI request may indicate possible violation of the SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18, series of 2019. In this regard, you may file a formal complaint with us by following the instructions below:   1. To File a Formal Complaint Against a Lending or Financing Company Download and fill out the Complaint Form completely and accurately: https://www.sec.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/2021FORM_Updated-Complaint-Form.docx 2. Provide the necessary attachments, namely: a. relevant documents and evidence that will support your claim/s or allegation/s ( e.g. screenshots of text messages and conversations with the financing/lending company); b. loan agreement (if any); c. valid government-issued ID; and d. evidence/proof that you have exhausted all remedies against the company concerned before filing your complaint with the SEC, if any. 3.
