Good morning, I would like to file an investigation regarding the webpage pHtop.vip as a lot of people have been scammed by it and it's site owner? Alex Reyes Oyo and his cohorts the website is no longer available it seems but we would still like to proceed with said investigation and have the scammed funds returned to their original owners. Thank you and I hope this is addressed soon.
